Audrey and Marc Small have been involved in Real Estate for over 30 years calling Steamboat Springs home for the past 18. They are proud to be involved in the community and the continuing growth of the valley.
Marc has a Bachelors Degree in Business, with an accounting background. He began his extensive business experience in Steamboat Springs as the owner of Lincoln Avenue Printers; publishers of The Steamboat Guide, Steamboat Entertainment and the Steamboat Dining Guide. Marc's community involvement includes a position as President of the Steamboat Chamber Ambassadors, Crime Stoppers and as Steamboat Ski Corporation Ambassador.
Audrey has a Bachelors Degree in Education coupled with a Masters Degree in Counseling. She has worked for Steamboat Ski Corporation for over 13 years both as a Supervisor for the Ambassadors and as a Manager of the Ticket Office.
Audrey and Marc keep their fingers on the pulse of the community as Steamboat Ski Corporation representatives, volunteer benefit coordinators and scholarship providers for deserving high school students. Ali grew up in the mountains of Steamboat Springs. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Equine Sciences. After graduation she pursued a professional horseback riding career competing in Hunter/ Jumper competitions throughout the US and Internationally. Ali met her husband Matt at CSU. Shortly after they married the "Yampa Valley Curse" brought them home to Steamboat. Joining the family real estate business has allowed Ali to share her love of the valley with others. When not riding her horses, Ali can be found snowboarding, working on her ranch and enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer. Ali has a vast knowledge of equestrian facilities and ranches having been involved in the building process from conceptual design to the first canter in the arena.
